LICSF Mourns the Passing of Bob Capazzi

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (January 12, 2026) The Long Island Caddie Scholarship Fund mourns the passing of longtime board member Bob Capazzi, who passed away last week.

Bob had been a devoted member of the LICSF Board since 2008 — and likely even earlier — and was a steadfast supporter of the Long Island Caddie Scholarship Fund. He also served as President of the Long Island Golf Association from 2007 to 2008, helping guide the organization with integrity, leadership, and a deep love for the game. His commitment to the mission of providing educational opportunities through golf left a lasting impact on the organization and the students it serves.

He will be deeply missed by his fellow board members and all who had the privilege of working alongside him. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Bob’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. His legacy of service and support will not be forgotten.
