Caddie Academy Dates Announced

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (January 6, 2025) – The MGA Foundation will host three caddie academies in the LICSF footprint in 2025.

Garden City Country Club, Rockaway Hunting Club, and The Seawane Club will host academies this April. Garden City’s will take place on April 10, Seawane will host on April 24, and Rockaway Hunting will close out the schedule on April 29.

All caddie academies are free and will run from 4 – 6 p.m. on their respective days. The academies are designed to give attendees an excellent introduction to understanding what a caddie does and the skills needed to work at a club. Upon completion of one of these academies, attendees will earn a certificate of completion.

Last year, 415 boys and girls attended nine caddie academies throughout the Met Area.
